Aye. William would make a decent secondary Pointman in this case, due to the Vector's small size and power. He could follow Andrew in, take out anything that requires a bit more range and precision, given the Vector's high accuracy, two-round burst, and the damage from RIP .45 rounds. 

Atm, he's part Assault, part Breacher, and part Pointman xD
