Although it took a while longer than expected, Polak reached the city late-afternoon after taking detours and sightseeing some views. Finishing the quest in mind, he immediately walked towards Petar's store to hand in the quest items. He opened the door to the shop and found Petar standing behind a counter. [color=lightcoral]"I've got the wood and pork you wanted."[/color] He brought out the wood and pork from his inventory and handed it to Petar, who looked over the items and nodded. "Hmm... m' thanks." He took out a sack of coins, but before handing it over, he crept down and reached under the counter, where he drew a dagger. "Ere, as a small bonus fer y'." He placed the dagger and sack of coins on the counter and gestured Polak to take them. Polak gave a warm thanks to Petar before taking his rewards and leaving the shop with a satisfied look on his face.

With some more money in hand, Polak decided to return to the inn for lunch, a bath, and an extension to his stay for a couple more nights. After his meal, shepherd's pie and beer, and a quick bath, he went to his room and laid on the bed. He had a hard time sleeping last night and thought it was alright to take a quick nap; so he dozed off for while.

After a few hours passed, Polak woke up to see that it was already dark. He stood up and stretched while yawning. Opening up the menu, he saw a PM sent by Reylan that said to gather at the inn tonight. Before exiting his room, Polak took a second to run his fingers down the disheveled, unkempt hair on the back of his head and pressed his hair down with his palm in an attempt to fix it. He went down to the first floor and saw Paralyze, Reylan, and a woman he hadn't met yet. Polak waved towards the group and walked over to them with a smile. [color=lightcoral]"I guess I don't have to introduce Paralyze?"[/color]
