A gentle nudge and a bellowing roar, the combination was just enough to pull Smeargles attention away from the scene before him. When turned around he was face to face with beautiful glowing Pokemon. A giant smile crossed over his face as he took in the glow. Then he flicked his tail above his head, which somehow produced the same dazzling light, to cover his body. His version wasn't nearly as refined, but for a first attempt, it was still impressive.

[hider=Bonus Info: Please Read]Chikorita's move is better, but only just. Under normal circumstances, he would regain 1 Power. But seeing as he is already at full power, nobody is effected. 

Be careful, Smeargle is only level 5. He could have passed out from shear overwhelming beauty if Chikorita's synthesis would have been any more dazzling.
