Delsin can still be found in his office going over the last of the details for the announcement. It's about 15 mins before the announcement will begin.

Just a quick update, I'm waiting on the two near the lake to post up and resolve their situation ([@lmpkio] + [@ogobrogo]) and possibly Vega to turn up to the meeting before going ahead with the announcement. Totally understand the desire not to write filler for filler's sake, so fear not we'll be ploughing ahead soon.
