Unfortunately yes, elves vanished from the world in the aftermath of the war with the gods. The few that remained intermingled with humans and died off. I'll have more details in a player handout which should be done soon.

The ooc and enemy/player actions, rolls/mechanics will take place on discord. With those results players then write their ic. 

An important note: XP is only given upon completing an IC.  This is casual so you only need a paragraph or two minimum.

The beauty of a West March campaign is that the game can potentially support more players as they're not limited to a single story thread and party. Your characters can be off doing their own thing, contributing to the main thread as they like. I intend to keep the roster open.
