Abilities & Skills: Chi Blockers, as the name implies, are able to block people's chi. what this means is that they have a surgical knowledge of the human body, and can numb and disable a limb with a few precise hits. They are also expert martial artists, and extremely capable close-range fighters.

Optional Flavor Text: Trained in the art of Chi Blocking, a skill developed by Ty Li about 100 years after the beginning of the hundred years war, Chi Blockers are the street level fighters for the Equalizers, a Republic City terrorist group dedicated to the removal of Benders from a position of power in the city. Usually, they are deployed in groups, and rely on ambush tactics to catch benders by surprise. You've found this one on their own, but they are no less prepared. 
They also literally never miss with their bolas. It's a running joke with fans of the show.
