These limbs could be freely manipulated, but require focus to hold and if the user becomes too exhausted to keep the ability activated their rendered almost completely helpless, again because they don't have arms and legs.  Also almost impossible to copy if the copier isn't missing any parts of their body.  

[b]Armor point:[/b]A quirk that allows the user to encase a single section of their body in a black, smooth, substance which vastly increases their defense and striking power.  The downside is that it can only coat one area of their body at a time and the user must make a conscious effort to move it to a different area.

[b]Balloon skin:[/b]A mutation type quirk that cause's the user to look similar to a pug or British bull dog in that there are A LOT of long folds of skin covering their body.  The user' skin is made out of a rubber like material that's both stretchy, bouncy, and is fairly resistant to blunt force.  There are even valves in the folds of the skin the connect to pockets. 

[b]RGH(Rapid Growth Hair):[/b]The user can control the roots of their hair and can cause it to disconnect hair, shoot it out, or grow it at a rapid race so that the fully shaved user can turn into Cousin IT in a matter of seconds.  The hair itself isn't actually any stronger or weaker than regular hair, it's just the roots grant the user a variety of ways to use it.

balloon skin is my fave sounds fun and can lead to shenanigans
