Great ^_^ [s]Might make Algeria's goal to becoming a modernist Caliphate to gain more recognition and power[/s]. So there'll be some contention for the position of Caliph definitely. (The more I'm looking into things, the more I'm leaning towards the Algerians disputing Osman IV's Caliphate but not trying to become a Caliphate because caliphates are monarchies and they simply believe that the Ottoman Caliphate is disputable)
