I mean, especially because the Warbands/The Inquisition itself, while militaristic, are not as rigid as the Secular Army, I imagine how to deal with someone 'defying orders' is determined on a case to case basis. I mean its not as though disputes would be uncommon between a gang of a dozen adolescent-young-adults who have spent the better part of a dozen years together. I mean we already see a lot of them bickering like siblings, because that's essentially what we are now. I feel like, since the leadership is less "You are the senior officer, so you have control of the squad", 'commanding' the warband would be less like a sergeant commanding his squad, and more like a shotcaller to coordinate and fall back on when things start getting troublesome. (And for the military buffs out there, I'm aware a sergeant is not actually an officer.) On the topic of who to support for leadership, Galahad would probably support Stina, since it'd be arrogant to vote for himself. It'd be cool seeing the two of them in leadership positions too- a sorta brains and brawn combo.
