[@Xandrya] Well when I initiate an 'attack' the person on the receiving end has to declare whether it hit or not, if you feel like it could be logically blocked, dodged or countered then that's what you write in, you think that the attack would succeed then you accept the attack (and the implications of the attack like being knocked to the floor or off balance or whatever) and then the damage that you feel is reasonable to take. This is the 'competitive' element to Arena.
