I mean, he [i]did[/i] kill Rohan, but he was able to do so without much brute force. He did it using strategic prowess and some newly-polished plot armor. Besides, he may be a [i]monster[/i] when it comes to close-range combat, but his ranged attack is so sluggish that some guy had the time to wake up from a coma and rush outside to stop his impending attack. Someone like Nanoha or one of those Touhou characters would easily curbstomp him, given that the battle is on-the-spot.

Besides, I'll be using Kira before he switched faces. Kosaku-Kira is the one with Stray Cat (allows him to manipulate air via some sort of cat-plant hybrid hidden within his suit) and Bites the Dust (allows him to toy around with time loops - nobody would like to deal with that).

He just wants a peaceful life. Just make sure everyone else sleeps with the lights on.
