[@ineffable] There's only four posts aside from the Episode Intro. In Episode 2 the power has been knocked out on a day when the retired Bruce Wayne was visiting the Tower. Livewire knocked the power out and Shadow Thief is lurking around in the darkness. Blue Beetle, Lizard, and Champion [formerly Rookie] are near the generator rooms below the Tower, while Polarity Man is seeing Bruce Wayne to safety IIRC.
