Personality: Kochou is probably the most approachable member of the student council. A peacemaker by nature, Kochou's lackadaisical personality and casual openness surprise those who would assume, based on his power and position, that he would be more manipulative and scheming. In truth, Kochou cares more about seeing his fellow students succeed than gaining power and plans to become a teacher once he has graduated.

As a result of all this, Kochou is a bit conflict averse, prefering to talk things out rather than fight, though he is more than capable of defending his position if need be.

Power: Pheromones - Kochou can generate and spread potent pheromones from the antenae on his head at will. These pheromones actually have a shockingly wide variety of uses, from controling others emotions, to causing sickness and unconsciousness to even vibrant multisensory hallucinations.

Kochou makes a point of using the emotion controlling function sparingly out of respect for his fellow students free will.

Bio: Kochou's parents were both respected surgeons in a well to do area and, as such, he grew up fairly privileged. His parents treated him with care and, overall, he had a happy childhood.

All the pampering and coddling, however, led to him becoming egotistical and careless in the use of his powers. At a young age, he would manipulate his peers into doing his bidding. Outraged, the children and their parents demanded that Kochou be removed from public school.

So, Kochou grew up secluded from the rest of the world, as a series of tutors instructed him in all different kinds of academia. In time, he came to understand how wrong what he had done as a young child was and sought to prove that his powers could have other, more constructive and benign applications.

To this end, Kochou enrolled in Tatakai Academy, only to find that his powers were uniquely suited to ending a fight quickly. That, mixed with a quite good academic record, led to Kochou gaining status quickly, until he eventually reached the rank of Student Relations Specialist.
