Snotlings are the main race in the entire Civilization, They trust Technology to survive in the harsh war's by sending in power suit's and a large amount of snotlings with heavy weaponry to take down their foes, The snotlings are weak in physical Strength but with high mental strength they are a very dangerous race to fight against in high numbers
And there are Female Snotling's
Racial Traits:
Genetically Enhanced Brains: The Snotling race are a very intelligent race despite how stupid they look, They are able to build very advanced weaponry out of simple material's and can develop Power Suit
Powerful Mind's, Worthless Physique: Despite the massive intelligence in Snotling's they unfortunately are a very weak race without technology by their side, making them the weakest race for melee combat unless in a Power Suit
Snotty Men: Snotling's get more snot in their nose the more they build, At the end of the week the blow out the snot and melt them into snot coin's making builders more rich[/hider]

Orc's are Snotling's who decided to sacrifice their intelligence for strength, Being now very dull unlike the Snotling's their strength is nearly the same as a power suit, Mainly used for charging in first and doing strong dirty work they are one of the Snotling's main defenses and there are female Orcs
Racial Traits:
Stupidity weaker then Snotling's: Orc's may have the strength needed to be a soldier but their intelligence lets them down, They barely listen and always make stupid decicion's, But if it involves attacking an enemy they will mostly succeed
"Gun's are for Wussies!": Orc's will never go into a battlefield without a melee weapon, They find the weaponry Snotling use weak and so they go in with Melee Weapons to show that they are the true power on the battlefield

Culture/Society:
TTCS is a very very War based civilization, They will send out fleets of soldiers to go and take weaker planets and build their Snotlings and Orcs rapidly, Causing them to be a highly dangerous race if they invade.
On their planet's their Fortification's are all mainly ground based for invasion's, Each city is built out of Scrap Metal to save the strong Metal for warfare so each city is fairly weak, The Snotling's and Orc's despite having a very good relationship they also have their bad times, As the orc's have a constant Defiancy against order's unless it comes from another Orc and Snotling's get annoyed by this, Snotling's are mainly in charge of the planets except on Orc-Ja where the Orc's rule on that one planet, When they are not causing war they communicate to nearby solar System's about trade routes where they have gotten a few minor ones already

Economy: The Snotling's and Orc's run off of a substance called "Snot-Coin's" Formed in the disgusting way of taking a Snotling's Snot and melting it into a coin shape, And the Orc's use their own teeth for currency, Snot-Coin's are only For Snotling's when Orc Teeth are only for Orc's

Government: There are only two government official's, Slark the Snotling in charge of Technology and Parlok the only intelligent orc as he is in charge of warfare, They do have certain policy's for war

Their ground forces consist of 50% Power Suits, 40% Orcs and 10% Snotlings to be able to dominate their forces, Sending the Orcs first the Snotlings to do ranged fire and the Power suit's afterwards they dominate their enemies easily

The Main Cruiser ship, Armed with ten heavy lasers on each side, Double the amount next to each laser and four gigantic missile system's under the ship make the ship a real killer, but its armor is fairly weak so it is easy to destroy to some extent [/hider]

Stolen from the Damocleus Adeptus after inhabiting one of their planets and now the main weapon for 90% of Snotling's, The Broadside Power Suit's are a heavily fortified Military suit used to protect cities and go into large battles, Equipped with two missile launchers with six missiles in each and a very heavy Gauss Rifle they can tear chunk's out of enemy forces in a matter of minutes, The only weakness to these is their pilot area is weak which mean's you may kill the snotling controling[/hider]
