Atsu tugged at the skirt of her uniform. She sported the red styled uniform of Tatakai Academy. It was almost too short. Too revealing for her taste, at least. With one glance at herself from the dorm mirror, Atsu grabbed her book bag and closed the door behind her. There were Rank C students swarming everywhere in the building that she was housed in; students moving in their possessions, others walking with the dorm monitors, and a few giving directions. To her luck, Atsu moved in the morning prior to the big day, allowing her to be free from the traffic. She has yet to meet her dorm mates. 'Not that it matters to me anyway.' Her body took a left to the entrance as she weaved through the bustling crowds of students and instructors. People were not her favorite thing, yet alone hordes of them. To her knowledge, there was an outdoor arboretum just south of the Academy. There she decided to seek refuge to her books and to the peace and quiet. As the sidewalk weaved further away from the dorm building, the air became calm. Atsu neared a gated garden labeled “Tatakai Arboretum” and stepped through, noticing the concrete transitioning into gray pebbles. An interesting choice of flooring. The space that she occupied consisted of benches, trees of all sorts, and paths going in several directions. There was the sound of water rustling signaling that there was perhaps a water fountain nearby, and probably where the paths connected to at the end. But of all the beauty that Atsu appreciated about the arboretum, there was one thing she liked the most about it. It was unoccupied.
