Tamaki Kochou
A slender, fragile looking figure stood in the doorway that separated Tsukiko's office from the rest of the building, his pitch black eyes twisted into an expression of concern. "As members of the student council, I was under the impression that our obligations were to promote student wellbeing and advocate for their interests." Kochou's antennae twitched slightly as his head tilted down in discomfort. "Still, I guess I don't dictate policy. I suppose we could discuss such a thing after orientation." [@sassy1085][@Rusalka]

Akari Funagami
Akari wandered aimlessly through the crowds. Her excitement was close to overflowing at the opportunity to meet all of these extraordinary people, but she sure as hell wasn't going to let anybody know how happy she was to meet them. No way. If there was one thing the pamphlet was clear on, it was that this was a school for tough and cool people. Tough and cool people definitely didn't giggle and jump up and down excitedly when they met new friends, obviously. It was at this point that she saw a friendly looking girl sitting at a table chatting with two other girls. Some kind of club? That was probably a great way to get inroads and make friends. But Akari clearly couldn't just run up and ask to join. She'd have to play hard to get. Akari sidled up to the table with about as much faux casualness as one could possibly have. "'Sup geeks. Whatcha' doin' here?" she asked, flipping her hair gracefully. [@Rusalka][@sassy1085]
