Koharu got really into her costume design, she had a shoddy looking explanation of her quirk, all she put down was "gets bigger when wet." but she seemed to think it was a good enough explanation, plus she wasn't the best with writing, preferring to speak with words over hand writing. She was also pretty sure the guys already made her that special sports and school uniform that she wore yesterday. Besides that she said she wanted lots of greens and possibly some browns, nothing super fancy. She quickly skipped up to the podium and handed up her costume request.
