Milo Ventri
Milo was seething as he walked away, everything was ruined, more than just his evening, his new life, not even out of it's infancy was being shot down quickly by this woman. Milo tried to separate his thoughts from it but he knew that it was only a matter of time, Paige would be back to her homewrecking ways soon and likely has already messaged Anna where he is and what he is doing. None of this was even their business, but here they come like a hurricane to shatter him on the rocks. As Milo returned to Vika, She spoke out to Paige, and his heart only sank, she was trying to be kind to him, and she was bearing her fangs a bit as well, more moxie than he knew what to do with. "I would suggest to just let her go and not let it bother you.... But I can't take my own advice, I'm sorry Vika, I honestly expected my past to follow me, I just thought I would have been more ready for it." Milo was definitely upset, but it was anger, not fear, not regrets, anger. Milo couldn't understand how so many people still could hate him, or why he was forced to constantly be reminded, he was the one that thought he would never walk again, he endured the surgeries, the recovery, and still he lost everyone, and he was still the villain. "That woman is Paige, my ex's best friend, as well as a cop. She hated my guts before I ever got hurt but my actions then didn't make it better." Milo could only think of what he had done then as they went to get a drink, he had been much more aggressive, and hateful, smashed windows and plates and whatever else was near, yelled at anyone near him, even when they were only trying to help him, but he had changed, he was more the old Milo than ever, and yet here he was, proving Paige right by seething about her just being here. Milo took the drink from the man serving them and downed it, and took another with him. "Lets go and meet up with Marinalia then, I will try and salvage your night as best I can, and I will try to be much less of a nuisance." Milo smirked at the feeling of angst then shook the thought away, he had worked to hard to be rid of the depression he was in to let one terrible conversation put him back, not with as much as he has riding on him being better. Still Milo couldn't help but wonder why she was here, last he had known she was busting arms dealers or something in Delta, she wasn't looking for him was she? No, Milo hadn't made anything in quantity to draw that kind of attention. Milo started to think about recent customers, he had a few that had ordered custom gun parts, could they have used one in something serious? Whatever the reason, he needed to probably put up some of his projects before he becomes a suspect. [@Pilatus] [@PrinceAlexus]
