[@Alfhedil] Yeah, as long as it's pretty beat up, repainted (away from the diplomatic red) and is more of a recycled smuggling ship, then I think that would be fine.  It's not unheard of, since smugglers have used them on and off since the Clone Wars, and possibly even further back.
