[@Raddum] Ok, pretty good Cs, since you want someone with information, being lv 1 wouldn't work for you. So I will make it that the max lv you can start out as is lv 10. I don't want you to be too highly leveled yet. 

Other than that it's all good. Feel free to add a LOT more skills if you want to. My summoner is going to have a quite a few ranging from lv 1 to lv 100 skills.
