The Minutemen
[@Gardevoiran][@yoshua171][@Old Amsterdam] The older man barely seemed to acknowledge Outsider's presence when given the order to stay near the other heroes. He seemed too senile to really register the teen hero's actions. Even after Outsider had successfully made his transformation and returned, it elicited only a subdued, "Oh, must be heavy cloud coverage today. The sun is blocked out..." As for the punks wearing Rockers' colors and using pickaxes, they had an entirely different reaction to the entire situation. Soon as Kyoshi showed off her mastery of the earth, and Rend put down his warning, they had completely stopped in their tracks. The apparent leader of the group, the man in the dew rag, clearly wasn't prepared for parahumans. "Aaaaw shit, it's those Minutemen assholes! They raided the boss's old hideout!" "Can we take'em, Troy?" a young girl asked. She couldn't be any older than 14. "Uh, well..." Troy trailed off, clearly thinking about it, but it was clear from the look on his face that whatever he was thinking, he was not very confident about it. And that's when Outsider returned in his full glory. A giant colorful snake-like thing covered in tendrils just commanded them to surrender or bugger off, and so... "Fuck this, we're outta here!" Troy called out. Immediately the entire group followed his example. "Bitch hired us to rough up some old guy, but I ain't dealin' with god damn space snakes!"
