I once had an internet speed of 400kb/s and I was still completely fine with loading images. Don't make such a fuss out of it. (You do know your avatar is hotlinking, right? :gray)

EDIT: There's also such a thing as direct pasting an image into a Discord server to host things. It's what I do, so nobody except me can change my important news article images to furry porn.

EDIT EDIT: Wow, okay, reading this back it seems a little hostile. I just think that hotlinking images is such a non-issue.
