In summary, all the post says: 
"Communication is key and respect eachother in any way I can think of. But because I can't think of them all, here's a list for now that needs updating anytime between 5 days and 3 months over the course of the past 2 years (and longer if I read correctly...)" 

Seems to me, you're fine. If you want to 'improve yourself' because you feel the need to, let nothing stop you, I'd say. Just know that I think you are a wonderful GM and am happy to participate in your rp. ^^
