[@ALonelyParrot] No making things-- I've had bad experiences with inventor characters in the past and I would prefer avoiding the archetype entirely. As for obtaining it, it really depends. Can't really speak for it at the moment.

The Creator religion is mostly centered in Graelia. 

Hmmm, perhaps only a few, since Avalon doesn't really center a lot of its attention on academics. There should definitely be an academy-run in Graelia and even in Remulus.
