At first, he felt anger towards the man who dared brandish the sword that he knew only those worthy of the training of its former master would go through. He felt overwhelming wrath at the familiar silver hair that, even from behind, had a familiar stench that he knew his brother had. Even after all of the years that Father Time let pass by him, Zestasia never forgot that aura of frosted tips of grass during the winter solstice. And yet, as Zestasia had been forced into an embrace by the very same brother that had left him all those years ago, whatever anger had swelled and festered over the year seemed to fade away. The majority of him that felt contempt for this man seemed to accept that all of what happened in the past was just that - the past. And it didn’t matter anymore. The only thing that really mattered was Pagonia was here. Too bad the brotherly moment would be cut short. The blonde just a few paces away from them, as beautiful as she seemed to be, her temper left something to be desired for. She had the patience of someone who acted as if there was an imminent threat to their lives or something. Wait.. oh yeah, that’s right. There was the matter of the Inquisitors and how Zestasia had jeopardized the livelihood of not only the passengers on the barge but also those who were trying to get away from the said anti-maleficarum organization. “Yeah, as glad as I am to know that you’re not dead, you bloody asshole, maybe we can talk later. That chick over there doesn’t really like me that much right now.” Zestasia could already sense the curious glance from his brother peel away the bullshit he tried to hide. “Don’t give me that look. I heard her talking with some other chick about the Inquisition and I may or may not have professed my dislike for them publicly.” Zestasia realized he just did it again. Fuck. He took in a deep breath, inhaling the wind around him and soaking in as much sunlight as he possibly could. His hair flashed a bright gold -almost as if his entire body became a conduit for the sunlight and it was flowing from every possible edge of his body. ”Solaris Pallio!” Zestasia’s body had become engulfed in a small, though reasonably threatening, aura of sunlight that caused his body to appear as though it was a golden flame. “Well, come on, Pag! We don’t want her to hog all of the fun, do we?” Zestasia jumped forth, following the blonde woman’s suit. This was going to be fun.
