I get you. While studying for my [s]still unverified[/s] Character Sheet for Don Quixote, I realized that the batshit crazy old man was a foil (opposite) character to the Master that I submitted... Kind of like Quixote's bumbling sidekick Sancho. 

Point is, I think you should look for a Servant with a contrasting personality to that of his/her Master. You know, you could make it a good cop-bad cop kind of team. That's just my opinion, though. No pressure; you do you. :)
