[@Seirei No Hai] You have a good point. 70% good, to be exact. The other 30% was lost because Quixote's Mental Pollution skill canonically turns most of what he says into nonsense or gibberish. Unless his Master is just as insane as he is, he/she requires a Command Spell to understand him.

Actually, EDIT: With the proper use of a Command Spell, you should be able to understand his manner of speaking when everyone else hears gibberish coming from his mouth. That sounds pretty cool, if you don't mind starting the War with 2 Command Spells instead of 3.
