A knock on the front door was heard just as Mrs. Clause led the group past it, and she stopped to answer it, welcoming another tattooed teenage boy whom she requested for to join the group. Upon reaching the music room, everyone present was given a choice to either sing or play an instrument. Having had no professional vocal training, Myra wondered how one 'trained their singing', though, she was more interested in learning how to play an instrument. It would be a good skill to pick up while at the orphanage. Many of the instruments that lay around the room seemed appealing. The drums would be fun, but the guitar was a practical choice in almost any situation that required music. At the same time, she had always been drawn to the majestic sounds of brass instruments, especially the trombone. She made her way to the middle of the room as instructed. While she was deciding on an instrument, another boy with blue streaks in his silver hair walked in, looking rather lost. She continued to watch as Mrs. Clause managed the class and the other students took their places.
