[i][b]Welcome to Panem. You might have heard about this island from the books and movies in The Hunger Games Trilogy. But, life on what remains of North America is not what it seemed like in the Trilogy. We are werewolves. They are 13 packs, each taking a section of what remains of North America. 

We rarely have humans visit this island, but sometimes, the humans come here. 

You are a very successful fantasy novel writer. You have heard the legends of werewolves living on Panem, but you don't believe that they exist. You also have been having odd dreams, of wolves that could shift into a human and back again. So, finally, you decide to go pay a visit to the heavily forested island. There you, meet a girl. She is well-muscled for a female and very sexy. You wonder what someone like her is doing here. She says nothing about her or her past, and she avoids answering every question you ask her. Could she be a werewolf? You can't help but wonder...

Personality: Depicted as brave, fearless, selfless, extremely resourceful and highly intelligent. Katniss has strong and independent survivalist instincts and is good at thinking outside the box. She is not socially adept and has a hard time making friends. She can come up with witty comebacks as well.

Bio: When she was young, her father was killed by another werewolf pack when the packs were at war. Her mother went into a depression, where she refused to hunt or eat. One day, when Katniss was old enough to hunt with her fellow pack. Katniss went away from the hunting group and catch her mother a rabbit. Katniss brought it to her mother, who seemed to perk up a bit at the sight of rabbit. She ate it and Katniss' mother was soon up and going again. Her mother is currently a pack leader.
