Eilidh was initially taken aback and surprised, but not finishing the Centaur off in her moment of weakness was a mistake too costly to have made. Quickly regaining her cool composure, Eilidh drew her sword and pointed it at the wizard. [color=9B1436]"I've never been very good at sneaking,[/color] she admitted, [color=9B1436]"But I'm very good at fighting head-on, and you were a fool to challenge me openly, though I do admire you for taking the courtesy, and will fight you with nothing but honor."[/color]

The moment she finished speaking, she charged and swung wide and strong at the wizard, and though her swing for cleave a medium sized tree in twain from it's force, this was still but a testing attack, and she was still on guard and ready to evade, counter or parry at a moment's notice. Part of her brain wondered if Ian would be alright, but it was quickly hushed so she could focus.

Rebecca pursed her lips and brought her fingers to her chin, in clear dissaproval of their story, though it was the dissaproval of a stern mother rather than a horrified anti-Varjo sympathizer. She was doing a very good job hiding her disgust, as she'd been practiced to through all her years of having to compromise or outright agree with Order ideals that she found backwards and repulsive.

You can kill all the suspected rebels you want, and a few poor innocent non-rebels, no doubt, and be no closer to ending the rebellion unless you happen to get very lucky. All you do then is make innocent people scared of being accused of rebellion, scared of you. And if they're scared of you, they might be driven to rebel! What you have to do is find whoever's leading this rebellion, and cut the head off the snake. So, next time you find somebody 'suspicious', you question them. Are we clear?
