Whilst we understand that taking the original thread is a bit uncool, he stated his reasons for it, and has said he is working out a new plot and story. This is just a baseline for the original peeps to make their stuff again, and is being changed.

As he said, he himself was quite busy. Realise that many people have different meanings when it comes to "being in a rush". He perhaps rushed because he wanted the base up just so people could work on their characters and formulate ideas, as he has already stated in the post.

I'll be surprised if during the course of the RP we get anywhere close to where the book is intending to go, due to the fact that the RP literally went nowhere when the creator ditched the RP. If we do, that's pure coincidence as there is no path on the original RP, just the very basic fact that "We're researchers, researching places" and nothing else. This idea that you've spent so many hours brainstorming, etc. can literally just come down to the most basic of RP ideas from what information we have. We have none of your future plot, plans, characters, etc. So, feel free to keep an eye on this. More popularity.
