How should I decide who gets what role? Perhaps a Challenge, a Game or perhaps you favor a die being cast?

For the next 4 - 7 days I'll be spending my time Polishing up my posts, and it will take me 2 - 4 after that to get The first IC post up. It has been a very long time since I have done anything even remotely close to this size, so I sincerely Apologize but i simply must insist I take the time to make sure it's all Right.
