Her parents, two relatively poor Indian immigrants, wanted her to succeed, and in the pursuit of that, they pushed her. They pushed her hard. From the moment she could string together two sentences, she was expected to work. Her math studies were helping to balance her family's finances. Her studies in English were schoolwork during the summer, courses that were designed for children far older than she was. She muddled her way through it, and inevitably, the hard work made her smarter than most of her classmates. She was performing algebra and reading Shakespeare in fifth grade. Of course, there was an impressive impact on her social life. That is to say, it was pretty much nonexistence. While she was academically smarter than most of her peers, she was immature and incredibly timid, as her interaction with others her age had been limited to school. Even then, it was much reduced, as she was placed in accelerated classes, and often with older students. Home wasn't much better; the money to send Rajvi to all the programs she attended didn't come from thin air, and there were days that she never saw her parents at all because of their incredibly rigorous work schedules. Eventually, all that education paid off. Despite her total lack of social skills, she was incredibly intelligent. She got into Solaris University on scholarships and need-based financial aid, and some years later, graduated with honors as a computer science and information technology double major. During her time in college, she discovered what became her greatest obstacle towards graduation: video gaming. Before long, she became absolutely addicted to them. Her grades dropped, and her professors had a long talk with her that ended her video gaming habits. Once she graduated, though, there were no such wardens. She once again became embroiled in online gaming. While she'd matured and could balance them with her office job, they slowly began to take a toll on her still-awful social skills. She began to withdraw from co-workers and acquaintances, eventually quitting her job altogether and locking herself in her apartment, doing independent work over the internet for whatever clients might need a computer wizard. That's the current state of affairs. Her social skills are atrocious: she has an intense stutter and a nervous habit of gnawing on her cuticles. She speaks very quietly--when she speaks at all--and rarely says more than a few words at a time. She's very timid, and terrified of disappointing people. When she does, or when people get upset with her for any reason, she withdraws into a terrified squeaking shell. She had borderline agoraphobia. It's worth mentioning that she is a devout Hindu, and even when on a gaming jag--during which she becomes particularly loud and foul-mouthed--she'll set aside an hour every day for worship. Your character's favorite song: The login theme of her main in League Of Legends. The following is not required, but we strongly encourage you to at least put a little something. In the past we have found that when players get to know each other as real people, not just as names on a screen, it helps the longevity of the game. Seriously, please get to know your fellow players. Tell us about yourself: *Your age: 19 *What part of the world are you from?
