Very well. Is it okay if I lower the rank to A, in that case? I'm well aware that the efffective Strength parameter will be lowered to 50 instead, but the only ways of achieving a 60-point rank in any parameter is to lower the rank to C and adding a multiplier, or lowering the rank ever further to D and adding two multipliers. I'd much rather leave the effective strength at A.
