I'd like at least 8-ish before I begin. I'd like to fully flesh out a squadron and it makes it easier the more members there are. I'm not really looking to put a cap on the amount of people that can join either. 2. Err, this is an interesting one that admittedly I hadn't give much thought to. The Bleach kido system was not fully fleshed out within the show, they missed out on a lot of numbers. Initialy I'll allow some variance and any numbers below a certain one that'll I'll state once we start to get some more people showing up, and as we carry on that'll increase with the character strength accordingly if you get the idea. Sorry for the vague-ish responses :p
