At the far end of the bar, leaning against the wall, the huge, flatscreen television flickered to life, seemingly without provocation. Its glow was pale and it cast the whole bar in an unearthly light. On the other side of the screen, so to speak, stood an eerie, motionless figure. The man was sharply dressed in formal attire, with a wiry frame and a stiff stance, but the most bizarre and alarming feature of his was his head. Perched atop his neck was none other than yet television, this one blank and covered in antiquated dials. With no expression or body language to convey his emotions, he seemed to stare blankly at the assembly of villains for several seconds before his voice finally came, low and droning, through the speakers. "I have come to understand that my presence was requested. In what way do you wish to use my abilities?" he asked, matter-of-factly. Ugh. This guy.
