Arden
Bells and whistles erupted over the ongoing screams and crashes. Arden had heard the sudden noise but in his panicked frightened state he barely recognised it for what it was. He sat on the dirt floor, back pressed firmly against a wall, arms wrapped around his knees hugging himself tightly. Heavy footsteps trampled in the nrl ear distance, growing and nearing the entrance of the long alley way. Arden's heart erupted in his throat as he held his breath in fearful anticipation. Grunts of orcs could be heard as well as the clatter of their horrific weapons. Arden couldn't look. The sound passed. The orcs carried on by and the trampling faded. Quivering Arden exhaled a deep breath. He felt light headed and dizzy. It was difficult for him to bring himself to stand, but he did. Using the wall for support he stumbled out of the alley way. Realising the whistle for the alarm it was he found his feet and quickly ran off in the direction of their planned retreat. [@MojaveCourier][@Cherrywitch]
