Well, she wasn't dying. That was good. The 'Tengu' though, was quite obviously full of herself and was part of some haughty civilization. Also could be good. If she could play her cards right then maybe she could get access to some rare reagents and information. As long as she could put up with their obvious bullshit, but she was good at that so that shouldn't be a problem. "I see..." Charlotte now that she was in any immediate danger of dying, the human took a closer look at the being in front of them. She held a hand to her chin in thought as she quietly observed the 'Tengu'. Humanoid. Brown hair and tall. Taller than she was at least, by almost a head. Six foot even, she'd guess. Not to mention those odd shoes she was wearing. She must have almost impeccable balance to be able to wear them and not feel both uncomfortable and be tripping and fall all the time. What really interested her though, was her wings. Black and well...feathery. How on earth did they even work on a humanoid? She had to wonder the biology behind it. Either the wing muscles were extremely strong or her body was extremely light. Did the feathers also have any different alchemical properties from normal birds? They looked similar to crow feathers, so it was possible they were related. She wondered if she could get away with just plucking one and using it in her experiments? Ah...she was staring. Quite intently at someone. Right she should stop that before this Tengu gets offended. Come to think of it aside from her attitude she was quite pretty and - no, stop that brain. "Ahem," Charlotte cleared her throat, rather dismissively exhaling. "You'll have to forgive me if I don't feel honored. I don't even know what a 'Tengu' or this mountain you speak of is." With that attitude she would be surprised if anyone would be honored, but she refrained from saying that for now. This woman at least, seemed to hold some interest in Harena. She could tolerate her at least for now. "That aside..." She reached into her cloak, fumbling around for a few seconds as she seemed to sift through some interior pocket before pulling out a notebook. "If I knew where Harena was, I wouldn't be here speaking to you." She said bluntly, flipping through a few pages in her journal. "I don't know why you are looking for Harena, but I can tell you that finding it isn't going to be easy. It's an old, ancient empire that once was said to have been the largest one man had ever made." She sighed, reading something from her journal, glancing over to the Tengu. "It seems most people have long forgotten it. Unfortunate, really...but if I may ask why are you interested in it? You said you're not a scholar and I am far to busy to be babysitting someone who would waste my time with idle chatter and can contribute nothing."
