[@Vetis] Pokémon can be from any region so long as they're caught in an area that makes relative sense – i.e. catching Cubchoo in Ice Cave. The only requirement for the first Pokémon is that it is a starter – it may be any starter from any region. As you can see in my profile, my character is starting with Oshawott.

Once we have all of our players, we'll discuss details around potential party members and plot~
