[@Pyromaniacwolf]Force training is a state secret in the Republic, and isn't a "technology" the Sith or Hutts possess, as the Hutts never developed it and the Sith lost it when the last Sith Lord died while keeping it as a state secret there too.

The CIS have a few Grey traditions, such as the Grey Palladins.  Their research isn't as advanced as the Jedi, so you wouldn't have access to the more advanced techniques, but they could train you.

I may have Palp be trained by them before research the Dark side himself.  Or he might have bits of ancient Sith writings that only make sense to someone that is properly traimed and uses the dark side.
