"Yes, professor, I brought that along with me." Dag replied as he shifted the bag from his shoulder to the ground beside him. "Even if I hadn't, burning is a specialty of mine." He added, remembering that he'd established a bit of a reputation within Slytherin for setting alight the clothing of his fellow housemates when they were cross with him. That had earned him enough detentions that he seldom did it anymore, but every time it had been worth it. Holding the open jar in one hand and his wand in another, Dag crisply recited "Tergeo." with his wand pointed at the sand. The sand siphoned from the ground and back into the jar with a little directional influence. Taking the tea, he sipped at it and let the flavor settle around his tongue. Bitter, he thought to himself, but continued to drink on regardless. "How could I refuse?" He said, responding to Devin, "I've never been to Egypt before, let alone this hemisphere of the world. Besides," he said as he crouched down to rest his elbows on his thighs, "I never spend much time around classmates. This may well be my last opportunity to find out whether or not it's worth the trouble." When Amelia arrived, he gave her a slight nod and a wave. "Hawkmoon." He said simply since he couldn't conjure up her first name. Devin of course changed that for him as he greeted her. Amelia. I can remember that. In fact, the only reason he knew anything about her at all was the shocking blue hair she sported, and the names his housemates had given her. Those didn't need repeating here. He thought she was either a Ravenclaw or a Hufflepuff, and Devin was a Gryffindor - of that he was certain. He'd never really bothered to develop much rapport with them, but perhaps this trip was a good chance to change that. Rivalries between the houses within Hogwarts tended to run high with tension at times, but that didn't mean that Dag was surrounded by idiots or enemies. Then again, they could very well be idiots, but would they be here if they were? We'll find out. He thought, and he chuckled a little. "Professor Harsiesi," he started, "Who else is joining us?"
