	There is another side to him, one that is very different to the persona most people see him using. Alex can be a ruthless person, doing whatever it takes to get to his side of an argument, or to get people to agree with him. He won't stop, especially after his charismatic and diplomatic attempts fail him. Though he can appear to be a caring individual, in reality he can be very unsympathetic. He will pretend otherwise, but deep down he doesn't care much about anyone or anything. [b][color=2d5eb9]Why You Were Recruited:[/color][/b] Alexander was a young man from Montana when he was first recruited by OMEN. He was a farm boy who knew his way around weaponry, and his charismatic charm was seen as potentially useful. Especially once OMEN learned the true depths of his personality, and how ruthless he could be. He moved up the ranks until he became one of the higher ups within the organization.

[b][color=2d5eb9]Life Before the Altsoba Massacre:[/color][/b] 
	Alex was a young boy growing up in the small town of Stevensville, Montana, a town that he hated growing up. His father was a farmer, and his mother a simple housewife, he was the youngest of 7, with 3 older brothers and 3 older sisters. When he was younger, he was closer to his family, and his father introduced him and his brothers to hunting at a young age, and he soon grew to love the sport. His parents always assumed that he and his older brothers would take over the farm when they were older, but he wanted nothing to do with it. He wanted out of that town as soon as he was old enough to get away. 

	As the years went by, his hopes of leaving the farm grew dim, as he wanted to go to college, but there wasn't enough money for him to go. His brothers started to take over the farm, and he was supposed to also, when he got an idea for how to leave. As soon as he turned 18, and without telling his family, he left home and joined the Air Force. It was the best years of his life. He learned to fly and received his license for it. The time was over all too soon, as when he was 27, 9 years after he joined, his plane was shot down as he took fire in order to get other members of his squadron back to the base. He received the Purple Heart, and was discharged from the military.

	He finally had the money and time to go to college, like he had wanted to all those years ago. He pursued a JD in Law from Harvard, and eventually begun his own practice as a defense attorney in Washington DC. People would listen to him, and he could hold the attention of not only jurors, but the entire court room as he argued case after case, and over the years, he only lost 5 cases, and those were because of the evidence, and there was no way he could argue against it fully. Though on those ones, he still managed to get a reduced sentence for his clients. He never went back to Montana, and to this day has no idea what has really become of his family.

	He had heard about Altsoba, but didn't really think much of it. As he continued his work, he was approached by a man who offered him a job with the organization OMEN. It had been a while since he changed careers, so he agreed, feeling like he needed a change of pace. His charisma and natural charm helped him greatly, moving him up through the ranks of the organization. His hidden ruthless nature was also and advantage, helping him until he became one of the higher ranking officials.
