I'm going to do it very rough, because I want you guys to fill it in with stuff you thought was important to the plot. So I can get an idea of how it is coming across, and what you guys might be missing that I'm unaware of:
Maybe copy paste... Add in stuff in a color of your choosing (So we know who is putting in which things)

Rift Event
- Other-worlders all wake up and meet one another
- Enter MERCY/TRIDENT who is coming in to pick up the pieces

Dragon attack
- Members of TIGER-unit are killed

Escape to HQ

AT HQ
- Interviews and tests, more other world people wake up
- Otherworlders contracted to join TRIDENT
- Twain offers to teach Necromancy

CURRENTLY
- There is an attack
