	Kat internally smiled as she saw the guy and girl, now introduced as Shiro and Sunny, casually flirting. She had very limited experiences in flirting but, from what she could see, Sunny was great at it. Outwardly she waved at them both before turning to Garett with another warm smile as she waited for him to introduce himself. 

	At Sunny’s words Kat lightly frowned. [b][color=2E8B57] Be at each other’s throats?[/color][/b] Kat mentally searched through her conversations with her siblings and found that while they did have friction with some other students, it wasn’t that cut throat. And looking at this group it didn’t seem like they would be a nightmare to work with. 

	[b][color=2E8B57] “Uh… Sunny? I can’t speak for everyone but I’m not really here to be at anyone’s throat. I’m more than willing to help and learn from everyone— god knows I have a lot of improve on.” [/color][/b] Sending the Filipina a smile, she hoped that the beautiful girl wouldn’t take her words as a confrontation. She honestly was only here to improve her own craft not tear anyone else down. 

	Before anything else could happen she heard someone to her right ask a question. A brown-haired boy stood there, fidgeting slightly. Sending what she hoped was an encouraging smile she replied, [b][color=2E8B57] “ I don’t think there’s a ‘big cheese’ yet. We’re all just getting to know each other so far. I’m Kat btw and I’m guessing that our rooms are upstairs. What’s your name?”[/color][/b]

	Before she could think of listening to his response a muscular teen whirled into the room; full of energy and talking a mile a minute. Kat couldn’t help but laugh as he, who she gathered was called Chris, said he was trying out of Gryffindor. 

[b][color=2E8B57] “The real question is are you trying out for seeker? ‘Cause if you are then we might come to wands.”[/color][/b] Laughter was ever-present in her eyes as she gently teased him. Looking at the group of assembled teens she knew somehow that this was going to be an interesting year.
