I think that would be the easiest way to get everyone together.
Also, is the empire actually working with UoD?  I ask because for some reason I saw them as more working parallel to the UoD than actually being officially aligned with them.

Also, I feel a bit bummed as I just realized Abigail is the only UoD character without an army, or minions to do her bidding @.@
