If I'm not mistaken, Autumn hasn't had any meaningful interactions with other PC's yet. This gives you the freedom to say she'd been in town a few days, then work up to the current day if that's what you wanted to do? That way you don't need to wait those extra IC days and say they already happened- as far as we know that scene at the Inn happened a week ago.
