[indent]Lawrence Townsend was born to Ryan and Delilah Townsend in the sweet, sweet town of Los Angeles, California. His father, Ryan Townsend, is currently the starting quarterback for the Los Angeles Chargers, after being selected in the first round out of the University of Texas quite a while ago. He has played in countless Super Bowls and won many accolades throughout his career as a quarterback. Lila, on the other hand, was Ryan's high school sweetheart and is currently a housewife. 


Being born to who is considered one of, if not the greatest quarterbacks of all time comes with a lot of things to it. Lot of upkeep, lot of training, and definitely a lot of traveling. As a result, Ryan wasn't available for a lot of the year. The only times that the kids were able to see him during the season were when he was playing at home, on a bye week, or on the television. It was hard seeing their father lose a game or get hit hard, but as long as he got back up and was able to come home it was okay. Being a top quarterback does that to someone, and although it was hard for the family, they got over it. Lawrence, Lauren, Lily, and Liam have all lived with it their entire lives. 

Lila Townsend did a great job raising the Townsend kids on her own, and the contributions that Ryan had on their lives made Lila's job even better. Every single one of the Townsend kids are doing just fine, or at least in their parents' eyes. Ryan, whenever he's done for the season, spends every single possible minute he can with his kids. Whether it be mentoring Lawrence and helping him break down film, taking his daughters shopping, or teaching his other son, Liam, how to be a great quarterback, he's all over it. 

Lawrence, in particular, had  decided to follow in his dad's footsteps in playing football. The Townsend family is known as football royalty, as his grandpa, Charles, played for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Originally setting out to be a quarterback, it was soon discovered that Lawrence had an affinity for running the ball. As a result, his coaches moved him to runningback where he flourished and fit in just fine. He became the Varsity starter his first year in high school and has been scouted by many teams in the country because of his ability (but also due to his lineage). 

Lawrence is currently the all-time leader in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns in BHHS history, and is close to the state record overall. He is fielding offers from schools like the University of Michigan, Louisiana State University, Stanford, his father's Alma Mater the University of Texas, and whatnot. Scouts often describe his playstyle as being very similar to those of former NFL runningbacks Le'Veon Bell and Christian McCaffrey.

Additionally, she has an unbelievable wit and sense of humor. She'll figure out a way to insult someone or make fun of something in a very short span of time. Her parents refuse to comment on who it's inherited from, but her father keeps implying it's all her mother.
