It took a moment for his vision to adjust, the black and white tints of his night sight filling with the vibrant blue of the sky above. A frown formed on his face. He wasn’t sure whether to be relieved or not. The sudden burst of light had initially led him to believe a daylight spell was cast at him. The fact that he now found himself under the sky did not ease his concerns. Rygar’s eyes shifted to the ground next. He had been crouched over the remains of the bear cub he had spent the day tracking. The space before him was empty. The grass shifting in the wind, undisturbed by any weight. With a heavy sigh, Rygar stood straight up and took in his surroundings. His instincts immediately took control. He pulled his shield from his back and drew his shortsword. Rygar eyed the women circled around him with caution. Most of them didn’t look very threatening, but they would be the likely culprits of his current circumstances. The most threatening of them was the towering woman of pure brawn. She could easily snap any of the others in two, and quite possibly himself. Rygar’s long, grey beard bounced playfully in the wind. He nervously peered around, trying to figure out where he was without letting any of the women out of his sight. It certainly felt like home, but it wasn’t his home. There was no open field like this anywhere in the forest. Maybe the outer edges, but he’d be able to see the nearby villages. "It was wonderful to meet you all, but I think I would prefer to return to what I was previously doing now," Rygar spun his head towards the voice. Before he could focus on her, she was gone. With one of his captors now fled, he felt a little more edge. His grip tightened as he slowly stepped back from the circle. “Alright, lasses. I don’t know which of you brought me here, but I wouldn’t mind going back as well.” Rygar hesitated for a moment, not use to conversation. “Er…please?”
