...Where... A shaky principle of reality in the form of a dim light far in the distance was all there was. Like a glowing bead in the shadows, it stood alone amongst surroundings of pitch black. Viewing it, a entity with no solid shape or form. Simply a pair of eyes looking towards the distant lumination patiently. On the other side of the light was another world. Rather, it was reality. Surroundings baring a resemblance to a massive school or academy of sorts were barely visible through the far off aperture. Distorted and blurry, the image appeared to be some kind of hall or large corridor. Doors lined the winding walls and tiled floors. Laying beneath the glare of a lighting fixture in the corner of a wall was a small ominous piece of jewelry. It was a black stone of unknown composition nestled tightly in the grasp of a small silver rosette and fastened to a thin silver chain link lace made to clasp around the neck.
