Okay so from what I read, your concept and character has interesting idea and dynamic. There are just a few things before it gets fully accepted. First we’d like you to go more in depth with his personality and history, give it some more girth. Secondly; regarding your Shikai, while projectiles are within reason, reishi arrows are in the house of Quincy arts. To circumvent this, the use of real arrows would be preferred. Whether you create a seal to replenish arrows from a pocket dimension or by some other means is up to you. Cheers.
